SHIPPING

After placing an order, please allow 1-5 business days to process the order. At this time we will send you confirmation of your shipment including a Canada Post tracking number.

You will be able to track your shipment online via the Canada Post Website. 

Please allow 2-4 business days for shipments to arrive within Ontario.*

Please allow 5-6 business days for shipments to arrive outside of Ontario.*

At this time we are only shipping within Canada.

Shipping cost within Canada (excluding North West Territories) is $10.00 flat rate.

Shipping cost for North West Territories is $15.00 flat rate. 

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our store-closing sale, we will no longer be accepting returns or exchanges via mail. All products will be exchange-only in-store. In-store exchanges will be accepted until our closing date in the spring (exact date to be announced).
