Shipping & Returns


After placing an order, please allow 1-5 business days to process the order. At this time we will send you confirmation of your shipment including a Canada Post tracking number.

You will be able to track your shipment online via the Canada Post Website

Please allow 2-3 business days for shipments to arrive within Ontario.*

Please allow 2-3 business days for shipments to arrive outside of Ontario.*

At this time we are only shipping within Canada.

** Due to the current COVID-19 Pandemic the mail carriers and footwear suppliers are experiencing delays. Please allow a few extra days for packages to arrive at your door.

Shipping cost within Canada (excluding North West Territories) is $10.00 flat rate.

Shipping cost for North West Territories is $15.00 flat rate. 

Free shipping is offered on orders totalling $150.00 or more. Please select "Free Shipping" under shipping methods at checkout.

At this time we cannot offer free shipping to North West Territories or on sale merchandise. 


Returns & Exchanges

Returns will be accepted up to 30 days from original shipment date (included in your shipment confirmation email). E.g. a shoe that was shipped on October 1st, 2020 must be received in store by November 1st, 2020 to receive a full refund. 

All clearance items (marked as Last Pair, or clearance) are non-refundable. These items can be exchanged for another item or for a store-credit which never expires. 

Customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipment. Please ship items for refund to:

For items returned after 30 days, a credit will be issued via email to be used online at 

Once your return is received and inspected you will receive an email to notify you that we have processed your refund. Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. Refund will be for the full amount of the product. Returned merchandise must be in brand new, unworn condition. Merchandise must be in original packaging.
